Job Descriptions
- Comfortable in networking with high net-worth clients
- Develop marketing programs to reach out to prospective clients and to generate new business leads
- Plan and implement marketing activities to ensure high visibility of property listings
- Able to deliver professional sales presentation to clients
- Willing to make cold calls to prospective clients on a regular basis
- Willing to provide reliable and professional services to clients
- Execute all duties required in the sales process
Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Diploma and Degree holders preferred but not compulsory
- Passed CEA’s approved examination (RES/REA) for salesperson or possessed equivalent qualifications
- Minimum 4 GCE “O” Level passes for those who have not taken and passed CEA-approved exams
- A must to work on weekends
- Possess good communication, interpersonal and organisation skills
- Possess own vehicle is a plus
